About this game
Sea of Thieves is a shared-world pirate adventure where you can sail, fight, explore, and plunder with complete freedom and no fixed roles. Play solo or with others as you travel across a vast open world of islands and underwater kingdoms, taking on quests for lost treasure, building reputation with Trading Companies, and battling threats like Phantoms, Ocean Crawlers, Megalodons, and the Kraken. Other crews are always part of the experience, so encounters can turn friendly or hostile. The game also includes fishing, custom treasure maps, and many optional goals and side quests, plus ongoing Seasons and events that add new content and 100 levels of Renown rewards.
