Terms and Conditions
Usage terms and legal information
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the BugFreeGG website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is an informational platform focused on exploring, documenting, and understanding bugs, issues, and solutions for video games.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

- “Content” means any information, data, text, graphics, images, links, bug reports, solutions, descriptions, or other materials available on or through the Service.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced in or incorporated into these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms and that you agree to these Terms on the organization's behalf.
Description of the Service
BugFreeGG is a game information platform that aggregates and curates information about video games and known issues, bugs, and potential solutions. Based on the current implementation, the Service provides, among other things:
- Browseable game pages built from metadata sourced from IGDB (Internet Game Database), including titles, genres, screenshots, release dates, developers, publishers, age ratings, and similar games.
- Bug and issue listings for specific games, including community-sourced or curated bug descriptions and proposed solutions or workarounds, presented through dedicated "Bugs & solutions" sections.
- A contact and bug report flow that allows users to submit bug information, suggestions, or other feedback to the operator via a public contact endpoint.
- Discovery features such as trending, recent, and upcoming game collections, as well as "similar games" recommendations.
Eligibility and User Requirements
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Because the Service may display mature or adult game content, access for minors is subject to additional age-confirmation mechanisms (including on-page confirmations). Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the Service by minors in their care.
User Accounts and Security
As of the current implementation, the Service does not provide persistent user accounts, login mechanisms, or password-based authentication. Your interactions (for example, upvoting particular solutions) may be stored locally in your browser (such as via local storage) and are not tied to a centralized user profile.
Where you submit information through the contact or bug report forms, you may be asked to provide an email address and optional identifying details. You are responsible for ensuring that any contact details you provide are accurate and that you have permission to provide them.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree that you will:
- Use the Service in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Respect the intellectual property rights and other rights of game developers, publishers, platform operators, and other third parties.
- Use the information on the Service as a reference and not as a substitute for official support, documentation, or terms provided by game publishers or platform operators.
- Provide accurate, non-misleading information when submitting bug reports or other feedback, to the best of your knowledge.
Prohibited Activities
You must not, and must not enable or encourage others to:
- Access, use, or attempt to access or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service, its infrastructure, or connected networks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, spam protections (including honeypot fields), or security measures implemented on the Service.
- Use any automated system, script, bot, scraper, or crawler to access, index, copy, or monitor any part of the Service (including game pages, bug reports, or solutions) in a manner that is automated or excessive, except for generally available search engine crawlers that comply with our robots.txt and are used solely to index the Service for search results.
- Use the Service or any content obtained from it (including game metadata, aggregated bug reports, or solutions) to create, train, or operate any commercial product or service, or otherwise reuse, reproduce, redistribute, or make available such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, including by building datasets, mirroring the Service, or offering a competing product.
- Submit, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including claiming to represent a game publisher, platform, or BugFreeGG without authorization.
User Content
When you submit information to us via the Service (for example, through contact or bug report forms), you may provide bug descriptions, solution suggestions, or other text. To the extent such submissions contain protectable content, you retain any rights you may have in that content, subject to the license granted below.
By submitting User Content, you grant BugFreeGG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Service and with developing, providing, and commercially licensing related products and services (including aggregated, de-identified collections of bug descriptions and solutions that do not include your contact details or other directly identifying information).
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content and to grant the above license, and that your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party intellectual property or other rights, and does not violate applicable law.
The operator may, but is not obligated to, review, edit, or remove User Content at its discretion, including where such content is inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with the goals of the Service or these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party materials described below, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its content, including but not limited to software, design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and any proprietary algorithms or data models, are owned by Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Game titles, artwork, screenshots, publisher names, developer names, platform branding, and other related materials are the property of their respective owners (including but not limited to game publishers, IGDB). Such materials are used on the Service under applicable licenses or terms and are not licensed to you beyond what is necessary to view them through the Service.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law. Any unauthorized use of proprietary content or trademarks may violate applicable laws and is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Service integrates with or depends on various Third-Party Services, including but not limited to:
- IGDB (Internet Game Database) for game metadata and related data.
- Cloud infrastructure, hosting, logging, and monitoring providers used to operate and maintain the Service.
- Email and communication providers which may be used to receive and respond to contact form submissions.
The Service may also contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and the operator does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services.
Your use of Third-Party Services (including IGDB) is subject to the separate terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third parties. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms. The Operator is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of such Third-Party Services.
Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions
As of the current implementation, the Service does not offer paid subscriptions or directly process payments.
Termination and Suspension
The operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, or to restrict or block your access to the Service where it reasonably believes that:
- You have violated these Terms or applicable law.
- Your use of the Service may cause harm, risk, or liability to the Service, other users, or any third party.
- Technical, security, or operational issues require limiting or terminating access.
Because the Service does not currently maintain persistent user accounts, termination or suspension may primarily consist of technical or network measures such as blocking certain abusive traffic or disabling specific features.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, the operator does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
- The information displayed on the Service (including game data, bug descriptions, solutions, or system requirements) is accurate, complete, current, or reliable.
- Any particular bug or issue can be reproduced or resolved by following solutions described on the Service, or that such solutions are safe or suitable for your specific hardware or configuration.
You use the Service and any content obtained through it at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for verifying critical information independently (for example, by consulting official documentation or support channels) before relying on it.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Operator OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
Without limiting the foregoing, the operator shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from:
- Inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information (including game data or bug descriptions) displayed on the Service.
- Any decisions you make based on information from the Service, including purchasing or not purchasing any game or related product.
- Technical issues, interruptions, or unavailability of the Service or any Third-Party Service.
- Changes made to your hardware, software, or game configuration based on solutions or recommendations found on the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such cases, the operator's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Operator and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation.
- Your User Content, including any claim that such content infringes or violates the rights of any third party.
The operator reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests assisting in such defense.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Different legal or consumer protection rights may apply to you depending on the country or region in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact the operator and attempt to resolve the matter informally by sending a written description of your concern to business@bugfree.gg.
If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally within a reasonable period of time, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Poland, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.
Changes to These Terms
The operator may modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Service, legal or regulatory updates, or new business practices. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page will be revised.
Where required by applicable law or where changes are material, additional notice may be provided (for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the website). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of this Terms and Conditions, the operator of the Service shall mean Indigocode Mateusz Kaczmarek, with its registered office in Poznań, at Bożydara 47, 61-607 Poland, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 9721301630, REGON (National Official Business Register Number): 383656436.
