Ark: Survival Ascended is an action adventure survival game that rebuilds Ark: Survival Evolved in Unreal Engine 5, delivering a next generation dinosaur survival experience with advanced lighting, detailed environments, dynamic water, and fully interactive foliage. You awaken on a mysterious island and must design your survivor, manage hunger, thirst, temperature, and weather, then form tribes to tame, train, breed, and ride hundreds of dinosaurs and other primeval creatures within a living ecosystem. The game includes Survival of the Fittest and grants access to all remastered Ark worlds and DLC maps over time, with new creatures and story content, plus extensive quality of life improvements such as revamped interfaces, new camera and map systems, a tracking system, new structures, items, and creatures. Cross platform modding lets you download maps, creatures, items, and modes from a dedicated in game collection, while cross platform multiplayer supports large public servers, private sessions, and local split screen.
