Battlefield 6

About this game

Battlefield 6 delivers a massive all‑out warfare experience where infantry, tanks, fighter jets, skydiving, heavy artillery and RPGs collide in a cinematic, class‑based squad environment. The new Kinesthetic Combat System ties your gunplay and movement to the soldier and surroundings, making every shot feel instinctual and precise. Destruction is a weapon: vehicles become wrecking balls, ceilings collapse to bury enemies, and reactive, audiovisual cues let you know when objects are about to break. A global‑scale campaign takes you from the Sahara to Gibraltar’s beaches and the streets of New York, as Marine Raiders fight to keep a world on the brink. Multiplayer offers a variety of large‑scale modes—Conquest, Breakthrough, Rush—and fast‑paced ones like King of the Hill, Domination, and Payload. The Battlefield Portal sandbox lets creators and players reshape the environment, moving, scaling, duplicating objects and scripting NPCs to craft entirely new modes.

Bugs, Crashes & Solutions

Lower the overall brightness and gamma sliders in the display settings specifically before entering Battle Royale maps to mitigate the Downtown lighting bug.

Reduce or disable bloom, lens flare, and exposure settings in the video options to make the Downtown glare less blinding.

Switch the in-game HDR option off (or, if it is off, turn it on and recalibrate) and restart the game to reduce the extreme brightness in the Downtown BR area.

Tap the reload key a second time immediately after the first reload animation finishes to cancel the bugged state and allow aiming sooner.

After reloading the Season 3 sniper, quickly swap to your secondary weapon and back again to force the game to recognize that the reload has completed.

Exit to the main menu and re-enter the match or playlist so the SupportMission tracking resets and updates correctly.

Abandon the affected SupportMission and pick it again to refresh its progress tracking.

Complete a different mission first, then return to the SupportMission; this can trigger the game to re-evaluate and correctly count its objectives.

Reinstall the game completely to replace any damaged installation files.
