Marvel Rivals is a free to play, super hero team based PvP shooter developed by NetEase Games, where two teams of six battle across the Marvel Multiverse. Build an all star lineup of Marvel heroes and villains drawn from the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, X Men and more, each with distinct abilities designed for high speed 6v6 combat. Coordinate heroes to trigger powerful Team Up skills, using combined powers to shift the momentum of a match in seconds. Fight across iconic, ever changing maps like Asgard or Tokyo 2099, blasting through destructible environments that can be reshaped for cover, traversal or improvised attacks. Seasonal updates expand the roster and add new maps and strategies, keeping this evolving Marvel universe fresh for competitive team battles.

- Open the Windows search menu and run dxdiag.
- Check the DirectX version; if it shows DirectX 11, update Windows to the latest version so DirectX 12 is installed.
- Update GPU drivers using the graphics card control software.
- In Steam, open Marvel Rivals properties and set the launch option to -dx11.
- In Epic Games, enable launch options for Marvel Rivals and add -dx11 as the parameter.
- Launch the game again to run it in DirectX 11 mode instead of DirectX 12.
Delete crash logs located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Marvel\Saved\Crashes.
Roll back the GPU driver to a previous stable version.
Verify the integrity of game files via the launcher or Steam.
