About this game
Onimusha: Way of the Sword is a third-person swordplay action game set in an early Edo-period Kyoto warped by Malice and overrun by Genma. You play as Miyamoto Musashi, a young samurai modeled after Toshiro Mifune, who fights through blood-soaked battles with the help of the Oni Gauntlet, a mystical artifact that gives him supernatural strength, lets him absorb Genma souls, and powers abilities needed to survive fierce duels and uncover his reason to fight.
