About this game
Outbound is a cozy open world exploration game set in a utopian near future where you begin with an empty camper van and transform it into a mobile sanctuary. Using a modular building system you can craft workstations, power supplies and furniture, paint and decorate the vehicle, and grow gardens of plants and mushrooms that you can harvest and cook into healthy meals. Solar panels, wind turbines and water wheels provide renewable energy that powers your home and upgrades. The game invites solo play or online cooperative play with up to four friends, who can travel together across diverse biomes, discover iconic landmarks, and adopt a companion from the Paws & Whiskers Lodge to feed, pet and train. Build, explore, and live sustainably at your own pace in a colorful world.
