The First Descendant is a free third person cooperative action RPG looter shooter built in Unreal Engine 5, featuring high quality graphics and a blend of sci fi and realistic environments across Albion and the continent of Ingris. You play as a Descendant tasked with defending humanity from the interdimensional invaders known as the Vulgus and their colossal servants, uncovering a spectacular storyline and the Descendants’ secret as you progress through scenario missions, World Missions, raids, and other challenges. Combat focuses on exciting gunplay, grappling hook movement, varied skills, and dynamic chain actions, with four player co op boss battles that demand strategic teamwork, targeting boss parts and gimmicks across multiple difficulty levels. Growth revolves around equipping and upgrading multiple firearms, accessories, sub weapons, and character enhancing items, while earning new gear through missions and huge boss encounters to continuously develop distinctive, customizable characters and tackle tougher content.
