The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered enhances the acclaimed open-world role-playing game with upgrades to visuals, performance, gameplay, and more. Play as Geralt of Rivia, a monster slayer for hire, and travel through the war-torn Northern Kingdoms on a quest to find his adopted daughter Ciri before the Wild Hunt can seize her power. The remastered edition includes the Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions, and is a free update for existing owners of The Witcher 3. A new expansion, Songs of the Past, adds a region, quests, and characters in a Witcher tale shaped by choices and consequences.

Delete some older saved games and check whether the stuttering improves.
On PS5, try switching from Performance mode to Ray Tracing mode before repeating the encounter.
